Change of mind returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns for online-store purchases.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within 14 days of receipt of goods. If an item is faulty or wrongly described you may request a refund, an exchange for another. This Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.
How to return in-store purchases
Purchases made on-line can be returned to Keir Enterprises (Tas) Pty. Ltd.at the purchases cost of return to P.O. Box 343 Moonah Tas. 7009
You will be required to send your receipt of purchase with the goods being returned.
Refunds for faulty or wrongly described merchandise will be processed using the same method of payment used to make your purchase. Allow 14 days from receipt of faulty goods for exchange or refund.
These products are quality checked prior to shipping if goods are found faulty please refer back to the faulty Goods return policy.
